★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good for mid middle class and need to check final on occupancy as seen many big projects like sobha prestige gopalan g r heights looks are not that appealing fpr that expensive investment , old apartment like lifestyle apts after repainting also cracks seen in the balcony of major flats where in the initial phase of takeover by buyers already the blocks look old and paints fading and quality a concern eventhough all the projects and non affording to mid middle class .also during visit to the site east facing flat in A1 block observed that one of the bathrooms there is lighting issue in the morning hours itself .Overall the project looks appealing and within our budget .

We booked in pre launch 3 and half year ago
And today when we went to check progress of construction
1. We waited for more than 20 min and then asked receptionist how much more time we need to wait...she was extremely rude said showing fingers to us executive is with one client you wait or go
2. We went to VP he was worst then the Receptionist name was Jitendra ...he was filling as if he is prime Minister...I am VP I am VP he was telling so many time as if being VP is being owner of our flat ...wHATEVER HE IS EMPLOYEE AND THERE FOR HELPING CUSTOMER NOT fir tREATING THEM LIKE SLAVE...HE WAS ASKING US FLAT NUMBER NAME AS IF HE IS POLICE OFFICErAND WE ARe CRIMINALS
