★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GM infinite appartment are very nice place to live.
1. Lot of open space to walk, jog
2. Most of the games facility are there, gym ,badminton court, squash court almost complete and trust me they are excellent. Other outdoor courts also good they just need marking of lines.
3. Children play area two in no, spacious and good.
4. Low rise society only 4 floors so it's good on safety aspects.
5. Dedicated skating area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good construction quality. Affordable price. Good connectivity to E city and Bommasandra metro(upcoming). Have some internal issues with administration. Apart from that its a good choice.
Recently there was some news, that GM had build these apartments without taking approval from Local authorities. Not sure whether that was for GM Infinite or GM techie town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House hold materials and crochery available at reasonable cost. The atmosphere is very friendly alike Saravana Selvarathinam where customers looked into suspicion and the Security is high handed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large area , lots of families.... Maintenance of building and common areas especially could be better. One can see the stains of Paan which is a very weird feeling in residential places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great society in the heart of EC Bangalore with all the modern amenities one would like to have in their housing society. There is club house, gym, 2 swimming pools, 2 children parks, badminton court, saloon, restaurant, supermarket, ATM all available inside the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay here in a rented apartment. It's been 6 months here and experience is great till now. During covid, they arranged the vaccination in the collaboration with manipal hospitals in the society only. That helped a lot. Here, we have a good walking space, a big and beautiful club house which has facilities like Badminton, free Gym, and many more which we haven't used till now. Swimming pool has no water now due to covid which make sense. Overall we are liking this place and never had a problem staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious gated community. You can even access phase 2. If you are with kids then they'll love the space and community.
Only and major drawback is builder and it's a pain. I'd recommend you live there on rent first and then decide on purchase.

You can own a flat in a very affordable price.
All great except the communication. As the apartments are under constructed near by so the roads are filled with dust, once done, it will be a wow place to reside.
Very cool and calm, residential area with all festive vibes in here.
Great community centre, all easy available shops near by.
Best part is a filling station is nearby, so when you start don't have to think for any mis happening in the roads for fuel or pressure filling.
