It's has a huge parking lot..,, a swimming pool.., 1 for kids is also available..
Kids playing park.. security..
The things missing:
Cauvery water.., also it has rough water which is not suitable for cooking or any home stuff like washing etc..
Nor the bore well is much suitable for any purpose..
And also the connectivity..
Right now if u don't have a vehicle then to come to main road u need a own vehicle or by walk or auto which nvr comes in meter nor sharing or it's easily available..
No public transport..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No water problems. 24 hour power backup. 24/7 security services. Separate entrance and exits. Clean and big swimming pool. Nice ventilation. CCTV camera. Parking slot for each flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this apartment for almost 13 month. Recently moved out because of below issue.
I felt apartment is not maintained properly. There is GYM available which is not at all usable.
Even though water is available 24/7, there are some black particles coming in water due to this water pipes are getting blocked very frequently. If you clean the filter there is no use since it will get blocked with in no time. You have to pay for water usage in all times that is irrespective of seasons like, rainy season and summer season which is not in the case of other areas. Electrical items like washing machine water heater etc are getting faulty very frequently since water is not clean and it is getting blocked. I have to pay a lot of money to repair them and at last I decided moved out to a different flat. Now I am free from all of those headaches.
Rent will be a little less while comparing to other places, but I was spending more money to repair blocked pipes and electronic items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of those apartments in Bangalore city. It's having basic amenities like swimming pool, badminton court, children's play area, a gym (albeit needs massive improvement ),CCTV monitoring. Parking is very good. Flats are decent. The only real problem in this apartment is it's in-house electrician and plumber. They don't really care about inmates and they don't show up even after calling multiple times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. Rents are considerable compared to near by apartments also very safe. No water problem. Good security. No power cut issues. Only problem is nearby roads.
