★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sri Vishnu Pearls is a gated apartment very conveniently location in the middle of Electronic City phase 2. It is very near to many IT companies. There are no amenities are available apart from power backup. Quality of the construction is average. Ventilation natural light inside the house is really a problem. Parking area is very congested.

You have to pay Rs 3000 monthly maintenance even after that you will not get water most of the time.
You will not get water in Bathroom flush they stopped supply permanently !!! yes permanently
No good broadband option available
Every morning you will be awake by Nagin music for sure. someone installed as reverse gear horn in his car.
No visitor parking.No park nearby society.
So many liquor shop nearby not safe for women and children
Near the entrance of society, you will easily find bunch of smokers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly ventilated house. No air or natural light inside the house. Construction quality is very bad. No water supply in bathroom flush. The security guard is a law onto himself and does the job as per his personal schedule. His attitude is as if he is the owner of the entire apartment. And mostly he is absent. Wonder how he is still keeping his job..
