The builder had promised to complete a few pending works immediately after we move in. But once we gave the full payment the builder is not picking up the call. One of the worst services and nightmares ever.
He sold this house telling it was a new house but this house was on rent for more than one year. The electricity bill and maintenance bill of more than 20k pending builders side.
Had to repaint the house since it was completely dirty and amount was paid by myself over on paying the cost of the house.
Drainage system in the toilets are leaking and the people staying in the the topmost floor are facing seepage problem during rain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, this is a nice place to stay and we loved to stay here. People here are all very friendly and helpful. I just recently shifted to this apartment and no issue yet. Only communicating road need to be little better from Ryasandra circle.. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amenities are good and well maintained but the flats are not well ventilated. There aren't much options for groceries and vegetables in the vicinity. It's difficult to commute from this place unless you own a vehicle.
