★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros. - Construction is good when compared to other buildings around. You have all basic amenities available. Ola -Uber is reachable.
Cons.- Sales agent keeps on changing. After booking experience is disappointing. Have to travel 1km for reaching main road. No local transportation available.
General- The owners there have bought the apartment @ 3300/sqft rate& and still there is no much change in it. Location wise- area is under development. No much facility available around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much inside, but somehow value for money. Surrounding area is very peaceful with having umpteen of chances to grow a lot. Some schools are already there, and approach Road is bad just for half kilometer, otherwise property is good to invest in this lesser price as hardly it's 1.5 kms to reach on the main road of Hosa Road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a flat here. Quite happy with the standard of construction. but the management was quite careless when it comes to handover of the flat and they took their sweet own time because of materials not available. Which is quite unacceptable. Good maintenance too.

Finally builder gave what he promised, yes we got the OC ?
Staying here for last 2 years without OC. We have been told it will come in a few months since we moved here. Otherwise, the place is awesome to live in. Very peaceful and friendly society and also the sorrounding is green.
