Bang on the Nagnathpura main road
You have a supermarket (reliance smart) stores like OTP for vegetables needs,major banks at walkable distance and future upcoming metro station just 1.2 km away . The hosa road market caters to all daily requirements The biggest advantage of this property is that it's on the way of central jail junction which always has good police presence round the clock
Coming late in the night is absolutely safe
I have been a resident since 2014 and do not see any major issues in the vicinity , the monthly maintenance charges are the least in the area as well as absolutely no water problem till date .
All in all a good basic apartment with no HI FI amenities but all the necessity

At a stone's throw away are the necessary infrastructure-bank, school, grocery, hospital, restaurants, bus stop, auto stand etc. Well maintained amenities. Found this place to be very well knit cordial community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and peaceful place with decent amenities. Location is suitable for all office located in Electronic city phase 1 and 2, Sarjapur road and Outer ring road. Supermarkets, school, Creche, metro, bus stop.. everything is in radius of 1.5km. Sharing auto runs between Hosa road and Kaikondrahalli. So residents can manage with public transport completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is a nice apartment, recentlyI travelled from Geneva to stay with my mom really cool place one of the most plus is that you get everything at door step. Although once you come out of the apptt you see a busy traffic inside the apartment it is quite an calm.

Flats are spacious, well ventilated and have enough natural lighting.

You will get 3 bhk for rent in a reasonable rate. All amenities like swimming pool, cricket net practice, Badminton court,club house,Gym,party hall also available.

Has good amenities in the complex like genset, pool, gym, CCTV, security etc
Close to Hosa Road Market for all necessity's viz Reliance Fresh, M Mart, Schools - Cambridge International, St. Peters, Hospitals etc.
In the vicinity are Aravind Limited, BOSH, SEG Automotive, 4.5 Kms Electronic City, 6 Kms from Wipro Corporate office etc.
