Pros :-
Good green area in the middle of the towers
Not too much crowded.
Cons :-
Average location
Prices are higher as compared to the vicinity.
Lots of flats on a single floor that might not interest a lot of people.
Amenities are not much in this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea what/who is giving all these 5 star rating. The STP Water coming in Bathrooms have worms. Water was cut off for all residents because of maintenance fee not paid by some residents. Door handles are coming off. Hairline Cracks on ceiling resulting in water dripping in the rooms, tiles coming up and apart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor design for entry and exit and high vehicles cannot enter. Staff hygiene and residents hygiene on lower side so this place is a corona friendly environment. IF YOU ARE A VISITOR DONT GO TILL CORONA GOES. if you are a resident - wake up and correct your ways

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good society with calm location. Lots of greenery, swimming pool, gym and play area for kids. Huge parking space for each house in basement. Lots of garden and greenery in each floor and corridor area also. Compared to some other societies directly facing main road and getting dust from traffic and much lesser amenities, I felt this is better option with just 200 mtr inside the main road. Good concrete road leading to the society from Hosa Road (Choodasandra circle). Lifts and steps are given in all corners of the building so entry and exit also not a problem even in case of any emergency. Good ventilation to almost all the houses.
