★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is an excellent property with ample open space and amenities. But i would certainly recommend the sales person Mr Chethan. He was able to give all the information which was needed for the customer. He was able to give and show the respect and time needed to show all the details in there.. whenever i called him, it is always a very positive vibe which i got from him. he had the intention to furnish the details and convince rather than push the customer to buy property blindly unlike other projects which i had visited

Special thanks to CRM manager, Chandrika TA, who went above and beyond to coordinate the handover process across different time zones and to work remotely with my GPA staying in Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we were looking for a flat which can be occupied immediately, gor to know about this Bluewaters property. Went there, visited and liked the location of the property. Best part of this property is good ventilation and good sunlight with balconies.
We Met Sharath from Sales to discuss about the property, pricing and procession etc. We really liked his approach and humble behaviour. We went ahead with the purchase and he has guided and assisted us throughout till the handover and always picked our calls and answered. Thanks Sharath keep up the good work.
A special mention to Abhilash, Project Manager who has helped with few modifications and finishings in the flat.
Arun/Chandrika from back end guided me with all the steps while doing all transactions online like TDS filing and filling the application for registration and escorted us for the registration etc.
Lastly Shanmugam has looked at all finishings and completion of flat work for a smooth handover.

Good quality construction and a special mention for Sharath and Romesh from Sales Team for them being pro-active and helping me out at every stage of the engagement. CRM team i.e. Arun has been very supportive throughout. Site Engineer Vinay has ensured all needs are met and has been very accommodative of last minute requests. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SJR blue water room sizes are very small for 1170sqft. They have actual included the common area around the lift in 1170sqft. Actual carpet area is 802 if you add all the sizes. I am not satisfied with small bedroom sizes and small balcony sizes which looks very conjusted.Also bit doubtful about constrcution qualities which does not look very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice property! Loved the open space they have, I have bought a lake facing terrace apartment, and the view outside is great! Amenities are well taken care of.
