Maybe in future that area will.be populated, construction looks really good, 3bhks flat sizes are little small but if gets higher floor then view will be very nice, mostly concrete flooring in the complex, no place for landscaping, swimming ok but gym is very small that too in parking area. Party hall is also ok only. Overall it's nice, price is competitive. Very few flats available now as they are saying...!!

From outside it looks good but not good for living
Rooms are small , Many apartments don’t have proper ventilation and natural lighting
You can’t use Ecity flyover as your access to Hosur Road is not near the entry

Have personally visited the project and have seen the work, its nice. Compare to other projects nearby the work in that project is pretty fast..they use some aluminium molds in construction (no bricks - all concrete) so faster progress. Even compare to other projects nearby, the work in Milano is really fast with greater finish.
Over-all project seems promising.
