★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad builder and project. I have strong doubt about the authentication of builder and project as well. They used very sub standard materials. Please don't put your hard core money in this suspicious building.
Simply the builder trying to counter my view in this common forum. Please don't put your money in this worst project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are playing a waiting game. Even developments of trivial kind requires multiple follow-ups after which dates are given and then again some other dates and so on..... Nothing gets done. Very disappointed at the builder's attitude towards completion of the project. No idea when we will get, lifts, genset (power backup), a stable solution for water (only one borewell works partially), letter boxes not given (seeing this the 1st time in my life), no clubhouse or gym yet, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is in continuation to my earlier review 6 months back. Development work is now moving. 2 lifts installed, 3rd is under works and 4th is pending. Swimming pool and garden area is being worked upon. Genset is installed. Gym, club house and children s play area is pending. Cctv cameras and 24hrs security in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have interacted with sales person of the Ssb urban lotus from last one month. The experience I have felt, I am sharing with you all hope this will help you to make a better decision for buying flat in this apartment.
It seems this property saler to be fraud and cheating with people. They do not have OC certificate as well. They will provide a final prize but they will say we are not commiting now since they will ask you to share your monthly salary with them.
I have asked multiple times to visit their office to buy houses but they have provided excuse Everytime.
I will suggest you, if you are planning to buy flat in this apartment please verify everything then only proceed with advance and other formalities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent apartment with a super location with lot of trees and with nice air. It has very much space to walk and play and a very quiet apartment.... Work is also being done very well, It also has amenities like a swimming pool and play area. Club house is going to be built.

Not proper electricity no generator
Not cleaning the comman area
very dirty mosquitoes and snakes are also there .
No proper cleaning the comman area not maintaining well .
Lift is not working properly .
Not a good investment to buy think twice before purchase .
