★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ghanta 5 star - They have prepared a model flat just make 'Chutiya' to customers. We measured the bedrooms, which did not match any of the bedroom size in the floor plan. Neither do other rooms. When I asked - for which flat in your plan is this a model ? This does not match any of your plan, what is the use of model flat? You are just showing bigger rooms for sale. He said, the flat is 1065 sq feet first, then when I said, it is not less than 1150 square feet, he then said, we are giving 90% carpet area. Then he said, it will match with 1080 sq ft, then he said, sir, somewhere it will match Sir, dont worry .... Hahaha .. I said, first you be sure of what you are preparing, and what is approved, then I will come for discussion.
All houses have common walls, he is not aware of the wall thickness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even give single Star , all are fake people, tharey are selling as like vegetables. They don't have standard price. In my experience very worst policy they're maintaining. What they promised sqft and showing is mismatched. They don't have legal documents.
Buyers be careful will face legal issues future.
Cost is very very very very very expensive compared to same location builders.
Who is given 5 star rating they're not customer's they just employees of trillium. Don't believe guy's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very worst service. The employees who are working there all irresponsible. Uzma is the marketing person sold flat for us with all fake words. Whatever she says it's all fake.
I never faced these kind of worst service and irresponsible people.
Finally I had to cancel the booking. But the money not refunded yet. Nobody responding.
Be careful before booking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RERA registration applied for. Excellent Location and near to all major amenities... 80ft road. Best part is that it is a developing area and by the time possession will be given, all the major things will come near by. Carpet area is around 75% of super built up area. Model flat shown to us is for 1125 sq ft. Front space will be idle. With this budget, it's a bargain to go for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is premium and the price is also budget friendly. On main road, near to HSR, Harlur, Sarjapur, EC. Basically in center. Legal wise all good and the builder people is also extremely helpful. The best part is the carpet area is 80% so it really feels spacious. Amenities wise it has everything that you need.
