★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible people. They don't want to take any responsibility of anything. They will not inform the govt. processes and later they say they informed us. The whole team is false. No customer respect.
Apart from that, they don't bother to see the problem happening. Please find the photo and video which shows the ignorance. This leads to seepage issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to own a house. Visited the house and within few week finalized and booked apartment. Location and the tree in and around project are the main attraction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The USP of this property is the greenery, which is difficult to find in most of the apartments in Bangalore. The project is structured around lots of trees and gives you feel of a resort inside the city. We have access to a lot of amenities and it's quite peaceful and serene here. Sales and CRM teams were very supportive during the entire sale process and made it hassle-free, thanks to them. Just that, we have to travel some 3.5 km from Sarjapur road to reach the property and hope that the connecting road gets repaired soon.
Review after 3 months of stay:
Not all happy with the way Mana Management is handling the pending issues here. There are so many structural issues reported by residents, i.e. seepage, grouting etc. which come up again and again. Also, the way outsiders are handled by Security is highly inefficient. After sales service is not satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the projects in Bangalore which is really designed very differently. I am a Proud owner in ManaTropical. The Greenary and lakes nearby is actually a good place to live that makes us feel we are close to nature. Good schools nearby - Primus & Prakriya. Sheetal from Mana Management team is very helpful and so are other project site engineers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is Heaven with the Devils !! I am a resident of Mana Tropicale and after i purchased, the association was formed. After that it is like a goondas, like structured criminals, they are looting all the residents in the name of maintenance. When questioned, they dont show the expense details as if they are Government.
Imagine 517 apartments and we are charged approx 4000/- per house. I dont know whether all the other residents know this they get nothing less than 2.4 cr per annum for which Mana should be like 7 star hotel. I am sure they are pocketing some amount from that 2.4 cr.
Worst behavior by the people in the Association, Don't go and get insulted. they are basically mentally upset , they will act like they know every thing but ultimately they are cheating everyone.
And there is no Positive comments or review in any websites.
Be prepared or better change yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sis had recently purchased a flat here. I visited the place recently. So my review is just a first impression. First thing first reaching the place is bit of a hassle as the roads leading upto it is not upto the mark. The usp of this project as many have mentioned already here is the greenery around it. All the trees and the gardens and all give a very peaceful healthy environment especially for kids to spend their time, actually that was the primary concern. Only thing to mention is that I saw a 11 kV power line passing very close to the tree house. I don't know if it's energised or not. Even though the conductor used are insulated ones. The clearance provided could have been more.

Nice place to own a house.Location and the tree in and around project are the main attraction.
The greenery around the apartment is a plus. Haven't seen these many trees surrounded in any apartment complex before. It is unlike the lawn and small shrubs kind of landscaping you commonly see in all the apartment premises. Very thoughtfully done. Few amenities like having a super market within the society would be helpful, otherwise it is all good.

The roads leading to this location are pretty bad due to construction work.
The apartment complex itself is very spacious and has a lot of greenery. There are close to 600 flats in the complex, and are present in all configurations (1 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 BHK). Some of the premium units also boast of a tree hugging balcony and a lake view. There are a couple of schools nearby too.
Necessities like groceries etc are handled online and they do timely delivery too.
Amenities include a club house with games area and a gym, swimming pool, skating rink, one half and one full sized basketball courts, a badminton court with synthetic flooring and lot of sitting areas.
The greenery inside the complex is excellent.
There is two levels of underground parking available. Visitors can park outside the complex and is not a problem as the road leads to a dead end.
There are a lot of helping staff available, so the premises are neatly maintained.
Though landscaping is done well, the lighting at night could be improved.
Overall, it’s a great place to live, highly recommended.
