★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust on these marketing guys at all. They will show you something on the broacher, and construct something else on the flat as per his dear one's convenience. Their marketing guys especially someone named Ram Babu is not professional and behave very rude to the existing customers who already booked . I visited with one of my friend this site last Sunday and saw with my eyes that he is shouting to an existing customer, who complained that he is not completed committed work and asking extra money to do maintenance work. Later I got to know from many existing customer who fooled already and waiting for their registration, that they will offer so many offer and commitments till the booking and after that they are treating customers as beggar after booking the flat. I left the place without meeting the marketing guys as I am unsatisfied with first visit itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Apartments I've seen, it 100% matches with the brochure and whatever the sales team have confirmed. Ample amount of lightening and space,no common walls, great amenities and ground floor parking. Very nice plans of the apartments with lots of balconies and proportionately sized rooms. Very close from main road(1.4km). Over-all good experience.
