★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not make the biggest mistake of your life by investing in this project. This project is very near to "Parkside East by Brigade" which has been handled by brigade pathetically. You can check that project also , check its reviews. Any existing home buyers who had earlier given 5 stars rating has changed it to 1 star. Everybody is irritated by the CRM team. There has not been any progress at all with that project. Being a small project also they have managed to get it delayed by more than 2 years. The initial delivery deadline was Dec 2020. We had bought in Aug 2019.
They will say that you can send email to "hereforyoubrigade" to get responses. Nothing happens , you send an email , they will create a ticket for that and then close it out. They won't do anything about it.
Now they will write a copy paste reply here that "Brigade has been transparent" bla bla bla without even reading this. So, you can check their transparency and their desperation by looking at the recent 5 star ratings being given in that project. It has been given by their own employees who have stoop so low, that now they are doing such cheap things. All ratings have been given on the same day and all the people have given the same rating to 2-3 brigade projects. Checkout the photo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone is planning to buy a Brigade property trusting on the brand, and paying premium for that, please rethink. There is no brand value. You will be at Brigade's mercy after your advance payment for everything - no site visit, no update on progress (only photos in their website), no reply from CRM team, no assurance that you will get the property on time (keep minimum 12 months delay). You will end up paying 90% but will get the property after 12 months from the date of your 90% payment. The customer service is not "Zero", it is in negative. You will have to spend more time following up with Brigade than the time they spend on all the customer put together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brigade has a habbit of delaying the project.. i would suggest to add minimum to 1-2 years to what they are saying..
Parkside east is one of the example where they have just been not able to keep up to their words and commitment from dec 2020 ..and have delayed it till june 2022..
God knows if they will meet up this june 22 time line also or not..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently booked a flat in B block after considering multiple projects in the vicinity. This project has decent amenities and a unique garden terrace. Good connectivity to the city being close to Sarjapur Road (new metro line is expected in future). Looking forward to see how the project pans out!
