Reasonable amenities and rent. Perfect for bachelors and bachelorettes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is not upto the mark, guards are rude, elevator is the poorest and maimtenance price highest...talking about water, wont lie, but serious yellow/dirtfull water. Rent is not worth paying if compared to the flat condition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst living experience i have ever had. Flat condition & facilities is not worth living. Maintenance charges are as high as peak of everest. 4500/- in which what they are providing just one gallery light & oldest manual elevator. If we talk about power backup, they have a policy that power backup will be given in the night that too guards sleeps entire night doest open generator. Owner is as rude as this is the last flat on earth and at the last they wont give you ur deposit amount at any cost, somehow the owner will deduct the entire amount. And if we talk about "water", they pay for tanker for the 3rd class of water, when you open the tap you will be getting yellow dirtful water which is not good for body & hair.
