★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good colony. Have been staying on rent here since the past 8 months. No water or electricity problems. Generator kicks in should there be a power cut. Security guards are very friendly and help in taking packages in case there is a delivery from flipkart or amazon. the gym is quite as compared to some of the societies nearby. there is only one machine that doesn't work. maintenance is reasonable and has to be paid quarterly. surroundings in the colony are quite green however the the roads leading upto here are not made properly and get dusty during summer and muddy during the monsoons.

Swimming pool, Gym, play area, basket ball court, Table tennis, foosball available & free.
Although maintenance is very high as compared to other societies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old and Highly overpriced maintenance ( mind it you have to pay it qtrly which is a very vry big amount ) which is of no use . The pool and gym is pretty badly maintained and no cauvery water.
Can you imagine Sobha in Green Glen layout charges maintenance of 5k which is lesser and provides cauvery water. The entrance road has a big potholes which damages vehicle.
