★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society got everything that you will need to be in a lockdown situation. The only concern is the aesthetics and maintenance of it. This builder left the unsold flats with broken walls and in debris. Resulting in cement and so much of dust around.

Nice high rise society full of sunlight, air and spectacular views. Room sizes are quite spacious. It has many amenities like gyms, cricket pitch, basket ball court, lawn tennis court, barbecue spot, many indoor games along with resort type pool. Got speedy handover within 3-4months, but as expected had to follow up with management team frequently. New management and sales team are very supportive. Registration process also went smoothly. Online deliveries are frequent and shopping marts are nearby. Cabs other than SUVs are available frequently. We have 2 basement floors for parking.
Cons:
Bescom
Connecting road of 300mts is not good, it is like typical bangalore gaddha road!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is calm and nature friendly there are many places to play and some useful places like gym,swimming pool,kids play area, trampoline, park and many other stuffs and the environment is very natural and it is surrounded by beautiful trees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is fabulous apartment in hosa road good flats and front of the apartment have ground and park beautiful environmentOne of the ultra premium venture of SJR PRIME CORP PARKWAY 1100+ apartments in phase 1 & 2. 13 floors and villas on 14th one.
Loads of amenities like club house, amphitheater, yoga deck, tennis court, play area ,swimming pool, almost 80% free space.
Its an under construction project. Though its behind the schedule but looks like end product will be a lavish stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apartment complex with all amenities. Good spacing between buildings and corridors are well lit and spacious unlike a lodge. Swimming pool looks like a resort. Open areas on all sides. Finishing works not completed.

Location wise it's well suited for people having offices around Electronic City and Sarjapur.
