★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have cancelled my booking with this builder. will update my rating and review based on how smooth cancellation is happening.
As a reputed builder it should be smooth , but u never know.
Edit 1: cancellation is 50 k and rest anount will be refunded in 90-120 days.
almost 60 days over and no update from crm team. crm team is not responsive once you cancel the booking.
UPDATE 2:
It has been 3 months since my cancellation and sales people are not responding and returning my money. Highly unprofessional .
Would request people to take decision wisely.
Update 3: i am still following up after 3 months of my cancellation.
Update 4: four and half months over and still i am struggling to get my refund amount.
Update 5: i got my refund after 8 months that too after posting negative feedback on pioniers devwlopers maps home page. Very much disappointed.

Breakfast was really bad, please don't waste your valuable money on such a worst place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience at clubhouse. But the attitude of the Pionier sales team is as if they are the kings of some princely state. They will show off as if they are super busy, all the plots are booked, and they are doing some sort of favor talking to you for your inquiry. False promises are being given at the throw of the hat. Wonder how sales happen with such attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited with a friend today. Wow! The club house is just next to the SPA. Swimming pool, gym, theatre, office space, guest rooms, meeting hall....all in the same building. Nice architecture and a great view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heavily expensive. They are looting customers in name of clubhouse. Definitely they have good plan for the site, but once marketing team leaves the place and it's totally handed over to residents bit doubtful about future of the infrastructure. Security is truly compromised.

thinking of starting the construction soon. good place to move with family.
was looking for a builder and I met one guy names IMTIYAZ. said to be constructing around 20 house in the layout. he showed me couple of house also. Construction quality average.
3 house (small plot) he showed me under construction but still people are staying.
spoke to one of the owner. seems to be not very good quality and no completion on time.
Pionier should not allow these people in prestigious layout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good project by Pionier. As per the sales team almost 95% plots are sold. I visited this property a week back and I could see few families already staying there, many houses were getting constructed. The Lake view from the club house is beautiful and is their USP. The costing is towards the higher side and roads around this project are not great. All their legal papers would be clear, still a due diligence needs to be performed before investing. It is certainly a great project and worth considering.
