★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious place, amazing selection of food, delicious food and courteous staff. Their pizza and strawberry shortcake was awesome, as also all the starters. Sourav, our attendant was very courteous and helpful and ensured we had a great time !
The only downside was the menu, which was QR based and hard to navigate. It requires too many steps, number verification, some sections have no dishes and in general food discovery is a mess. The order also does not reflect for quite some time after you have placed it, confusing you whether you already ordered or need to do it again. Just ask for the physical menu, the staff are kind enough to provide that !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUST visit for the amazing Ambience. It's a huge place. They have indoor, outdoor and semi open spaces. But if you get to sit outside, you sit under the open sky surrounded by urban jungle. If you are visiting on weekends, then do reserve a table. They get very crowded.
Food was good as well. Loved the hunan chicken.
Cocktails were so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ URU is one of the most amazing brewpub in Bangalore. This place offers some serene views and peaceful ambience which will definitely match your vibe.
The staff and their hospitality was warm and commendable. I liked the app they are using for orders and service.
Food was delicious with impeccable presentation. It is perfect for corporate events, parties and family get together.
Uru is one of my top recommended places for anyone who has a knack of exploring unique places.

It is quite spacious. Overall a decent capacity. From the outside I didn't think it was this much big .
You can sit outside ( garden side )or inside as well . Both offers different kind of feel - depends how u like it.
Food is quite delicious. Went on a weekend . Starting service was slow (expected as there was quite lot of people) but after sometime it was quite fast.

Rarely I find places such as URU. While everything seems so perfect on paper and in ambience, the terrible waiters will spoil your experience. Missed Opportunity. I hope they improve the ground management soon. The place has all the potential to be a must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is amazing. Great food. Service charges are something that bothered me. They charge 7.5%. Apart from this service charge, I liked everything about the place. All the food we ordered was tasty. I really liked their imperial chicken kebab. Their in-house beers were also good. I didn't really like their pizza though. I had ordered for a chicken mushroom pizza which was on their chef's special menu. The pizza was way too bland for my palette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected more from this place.. After having reservation and being their before time, it took quite sometime for them to even co-ordinate a seat. No one even bothered to ask why we were waiting, finally they offered a table that was ver substandard. Overall food was average, pizza was extremely good.. Ambiance is great. Valley parking should be better, driver was zooming the car and expect my car to be treated better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fab place, great vibes, and delicious food. The setup of this place is great, get seated under a tree or feel cozy indoors, you have all. Looked very much family friendly, with ample of space for kids to play around. Staffs are courteous and helpful.
You order by Digital Menu Card and I feel that is more time taking as the navigation is a bit painful. I would have preferred an option to see all the available items in a single view, at least on course basis.
Nevertheless, A full 5/5 and highly recommend a visit.
