★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a site visit and liked the property. They are coming out with well-designed row houses with nature as the central theme. If bank loans feasible, this is definitely a property I will narrow down on since my work is located nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for site visit and chosed a villa. we have chosen a villa and was negotiating the price and closed on a point and the executive says come next day or the offer will be gone. We went next day and he said the villa is sold out and they sold it in higher price so we have given them. So , such cheap act happens by assetz. Than executive was trying to sell another villa which is pathetic by layout and no one is buying it . How , unprofessional u guys are. Just because u got a high price u sold the villa to another one after saying us to come with cheque . Anyway , they are not giving any corner villa and says all are sold out. I bet it’s not. They want to sell the villa at high cost . I came to a conclusion when they said one full row is sold out and after few days they said its available but not the corner one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be absolutely sure before booking here as with all the friendly words being said if you are not satisfied with documents and you happen to cancel the booking then your 50% booking amount will be eaten off in the name of booking form you signed. I lost 50% last year and still repenting it.
The model villa looked wow but the progress it a snail pace not sure when they will end this project.. All the best to the buyers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place - serene farm land which has got converted to a residential layout. The trees have still been retained and it’s great that it will still be a natures den for nature lovers even after it comes up.
Lovely model row house. Overall a good place and has good vibes.
Con - Approach roads can be definitely better. Pandemic delayed possession.
