Good place budget friendly appartement, but there are dumpster just outside the appartment something the owners to look at , also the rooms are good for a small family as the size for 3 BHK is 900 sq ft and for 2bhk 700 sq ft & 450 sq ft

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to live in this place- Block A. Rooms are very small. No Lift in Block A, no security, no waste collector. The owners in this place are very creepy. They simply stare at People for no reason. They shamelessly ask your private information and when you ask the reason then comes up with a very lame reason that its because of the security. If you renting please be extra cautious. In my case the owners are are aged people who initially talks nice, so we thought we have got atleast good owner. They didn't make an agreement and kept on postponing. When vacating, they tried to dupe the entire deposit money.
