★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residents and relationship are the best thing we get here - Builder is most disgusting with his associates - not attending to the list of incomplete major task like - OC, Boundary wall, Parking. Quality of important amenities are poor and need service in less than a year - creating a big cost for residents.
