★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience..I had ordered a furniture piece online from them...The courier guy had been given instructions to first take the money and the open the product to check.
I'm sorry to say that no other furniture company operates like this whether its urban ladder, pepper fry,home centre or any other ..and when I called the helpline number this executive called Samta said, its your call , you have to take the delivery without checking.
What an atrocious customer service..they have permanently lost me as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near New Friends colony. Trust Google maps, else you may not find it. Godrej owned store. Store and variety were ok. I was expecting more options but variety was limited. Product quality seems good with Godrej brand. Items are generally expensive and we chhose to visit store and feel and look the product ourselves. It seemed a wise decision than buying online. Discount online and store were similar. Nearest store can be searched from Godrej Interio website bu putting your pin code. Recommended to visit store, if you are interested in Godrej products. Keep handy measurement of the space where you want to place item at home
