★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. After span of 1.3 years still they not processed PMAY related documents. No clarity given to me on payment terms before taking a loan. Sales personnel are handicapped don't know any legal things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of non-professional folks works over here. They call up and give big promises, and not only keep on giving those. Once customer shares all loan specific documents and give a go ahead, they come back you have this issue, your profile has that issue etc. Beware of Godrej Housing finance folks calling and offering your housing loans at a very low interest rates. Their only intention is to lure customers mentioning lower rate of interest and then slowing force them to sign up for more higher rate of interest loan quoting different vegue reasoning. Beware guys...!! don't fall in Godrej Housing finance traps. Very bad experience with this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1=>They will give you false expectations and compare their product with other brands.
2=>They will open your 2 accounts first one is a home loan and the second one is a Flexi loan account and you can't take tax benefits on a Flexi loan if they told you that you can avail for the benefit ask them to provide an interest certificate for Flexi loan.
I wish someone should post this before I took a loan from them. Highly recommend not going with them.
