★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is like college hostel. Somewhere zero maintenance, somewhere small park. Full of Young rude people as tenants. Small flats with prison like rooms. Never stay with family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A peaceful place to stay with a fantastic view! The club house and the swimming pool is also great! The rooms are perfectly spaced! Beautiful view of sunset!

The sunset seems really nice if you live on 4th floor or above.
The entire place is very clean and green
The swimming pool has a great vibe to it
The central club area is very cool as well.
The parking can be a bit confusing as the entire area is very big
The parking is a bit crowded as well
The area and the neighbourhood is very nice
You have access to really cool and uptown restaurants and bars and bistros
Nearby pune airport so you have very easy access to the port in case you are a frequent traveller.
Although the block that i was in, the lift was not working really well. It seemed as if it needs some kind of repair and service.
The place is really green and very beautiful
The apartments are also well planned
They have a big living area and heavily ventilated rooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is very well made. Buildings and planning is great but the society/association of residents is extremely rude to the students. If you're a student they won't let you live in peace and they'll try everything to make your stay bad. The secretary Mr. Prakash is also rude, racist and unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well designed and maintained. Good for family but not that friendly with students and bachelor's. Many prime locations are easily accessible. Airport is just walking distance from the premise. You have a wide road in front for evening walk and to take your dogs out for a walk. Being close to Symbiosis college you will find it crowded with students and other all the time. Overall a nice place to be.
