★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NATIONAL CARGO is worst in their prime segment. I have used Agrawal packers & movers and Golden packers & movers multiple times in past, both are far better than National Cargo.
NATIONAL CARGO promised for my recent movements (bangalore to delhi) delivery in 4-5 days but they couldn't deliver in last 8 days and updating to deliver in 11 days. They are worst in timeline, service quality, customer care, response & branches sync up. They are worst in urban segment movement as urban segment primarily focuses on above factors, where NATIONAL CARGO has so many loopholes. I won't use NATIONAL CARGO forever.
