★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym has wonderful set up but the management is not accessible. Lost membership amount during COVID. They are rude and the whole system surrounds only around monetization instead of providing a good service. In health sector you have to be client centric and helping them achieve their goals too, then anyone is willing to pay. My experience was not good here. Not recommended. Something has to change here first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baner branch gold's gym is one of the worst gym I ever visited. They charged me 3500 as gym monthly charges and 4700 for opting personal trainer. My 8000 rupees gone completely wasted as things are not planned in gym. Weekday group sessions are for 15-20 mins only and they claim for 1 hour. There is no personal trainer sessions which I experienced. In all its just a waste of money to enroll in this gym. I was not expecting such kind of experience from Gold's gym. Lot of my money gone wasted on false commitments assured by gym at the time of enrollment.

The speciality of this gold gym is the prodietry canteen who serves one of the great diet food and make sure that client is fully satisfied before they leave. And the staff is also very polite and very courteseous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent Gym Floor with state of the art equipment. The floor is kept clean and machines are wiped at regular intervals thanks to the cleaning staff. Appreciate it! Overall a nice experience during afternoons since that was my workout time. Less crowd more machine availability. On Sundays gym can be kept open atleast for sometime, just a suggestion

Probably the best Dietary Store named as PRODietary.
