★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the heart of the city. The trainers are good. The staff is warm. The crowd is good too. The gym is on the main road and is well connected.
Covid protocols are followed. The equipment and machines are sanitised frequently.
Though, the initial days look good. A more long term experience would lead to a much detailed review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this gym for an year and took personal training with Chandru. I didn’t find him useful and he is not knowledgeable at all. He used to tell me the same workouts, even if they are not showing any results. Equipment’s are old and out dates, some of them don’t work too. Threadmill gives shock?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my experience a substandard gym and not standing to the brand name . Over the years i have observed many personal trainers but here i got to see many examples of bad personal trainers specially the so called FITNESS MANAGER is good for nothing . I have fortunately worked alongside fantastic and inspirational professionals in the past but this gym has several examples of pathetic staff . The fitness manager will ask you your goals and then not even bother to greet you after that , all possible means taken to avoid helping the client . I don’t understand the point in wasting the clients time by asking them about their fitness goals and then just giving you a piece of rubbish sheet with just 4 -5 general exercises. They tell you that you wouldn’t have to enroll for a PT and the general trainers would be around to help you but dare you ask the general trainers to help you with setting up the equipment, they have the audacity to refuse you on your face and tell you to do it by yourself. The floor is filled with trainers and not one will come to help you . Really don’t understand the whole point of keeping general trainers who just keep loitering around the place and do nothing , getting paid to simply stand there??. Even after talking about this with the so called management No ACTION taken. They promise you that a meeting will be scheduled with a nutritionist and after scheduling the meeting nothing happens, mind you you woldn’t even get a call. All in all a big NO to this gym . There are a lot of good gyms around the place . Would not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest gold's gym in bangalore located under barbecue nation. Provided with all the necessary machines you will need. They have a small snack bar too. Plus point is the steam room and you can ask for fresh towels too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a member of the gym and it has all the facilities that a member can ask for! It also has a very good female trainer. It has a Dance classes too. The gym is spacious and has a lot of machines to work out. They even have mats to do yoga or stretch. They have muscle machines etc. One of the best gyms in Bangalore.
