Prem Kumar has good understanding of cardio, weights and CrossFit which he uses effectively to help achieve your goals. Kudos to L7 fitness and trainer Prem Kumar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good gym with really good and clean equipments. All the benches and workout stations are also cleaned regularly after each use. Also, all the trainers are highly qualified with exceptional knowledge. Since the time I joined, I've received great training from especially Mr.Sanjay and Mr. Riyaz to name a few. Highly suggest you try this place out

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I really recommend this gym those who joined apple gym. You will love it. So hygeine, very good equipment, stream room.
