★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believed in them and they kept the promises. First of all due to this lockdown scenario the prices are at their peak and the online stores are going out of stock. This store is located almost 11 km away from my place and for all of these above circumstances I had no other option left rather than visiting there and so I did. And now I think this was the best decision I made. They not only avail the product for me but gave me the best price in the market considering both online and offline. And the best part was that the service charge was included with some real and fair conditions, so the service boys couldn't asked for any kind of unnecessary charges. The delivery(FREE) and the installation process was fast. The process was very transparent and Mr. Saikat at the counter, he was very helpful and clear with his offers, he always helped me out during the whole process. Thank you Golden Refrigeration. Highly Recommended for HITACHI Air Conditioners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, called so many times to fix AC even when AMC is done which is very costly. But still the money and time gets wasted. Hitachi parts that are required to be replaced can only be provided by them but they never show up or give a date for servicing. Will discontinue buying HITACHI air-conditioners. Very bad experience.
Do not want to get robbed further.
