We booked room for 5: ₹3500/day Food Package: ₹550/day(Bargained from ₹650) Breakfast+Lunch+Evening Snacks+Dinner I will give a rating out of 10 pointing each category. Cleanliness= 5/10 Sanitization= 3/10 Prompt Service= 2/10 Staff Behaviour= 8/10 Food= 10/10 Amenities= 4/10 Pool= 4/10 Location= 8/10 (This hotel is very far away from the main market beach but the beach here is much cleaner and a bit isolated with other big resorts like sun city, oceania, sher bengal. Mohona is a 20 mins beach walk. but one negative thing is,inspite of the hotel being on the beach side, the water here never comes near the resort. You have to always walk almost 1KM towards the sea to get your feets wet.) Covid-19 safety norms= 0/10 (Not only this hotel but no one wears a mask in Mandarmani) Food here is value for money but not the stay. ₹3000 would have been a fair deal.

R	Rajiv Bose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its my 5th time staying here and every time I had a great experience. The manager Sahadev made sure that service was top notch. This resort is just 1 minute's walk from the beach and also has a backside gate which leads directly to the beach. You can see the beach from the resort. During high tide the waves splash just about 30 feet away from the gate. There are 2 types of rooms available. One is deluxe room which is my personal choice. The rooms are very big with a king size soft mattress bed, 2 single sofas, wardrobe, centre table, dressing table. There is an attached bathroom with a bathtub and water heater. There are 2 deluxe rooms with a balcony from where you can see the entire resort, the swimming pool as well as the sea. The other deluxe rooms are identical except the balcony is replaced with a big window. The other type of room available is cottage rooms where the bed is queen bed, bit smaller and the attached bathroom misses out on the bath tub. Needless to say all the rooms have aircon. My favourite part of this resort is the big swimming pool with fountains. They play music of your choice next to the pool. The water is always being filtered. They have an extensive food menu and their food is just amazing. You can enjoy your ordered food in the dining area or can order it directly in your room. The boys working in the resort are all well trained, well behaved and gives great room service. I will definitely recommend this resort over any other resort in Mandarmoni.
U	Utsab Pramanik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Well decorated outside but devastated inside. We stayed at Room No.310. It is on the 2nd floor. Door was of aluminium frame not wooden. They don't provide AC remotes. They told us to switch off the AC when we feel cold. Funny part is AC switch was not working. ? One of the major Cons. was the Bathroom. Water flows at opposite direction of drain. Comod Flush was broken. They provide bathtub but you can't use it because they don't provide the cap which holds water. Lol They provide wifi but you won't get the signal on 2nd floor where we stayed. Service was worst of its kind. Everything is costly.
B	Bichitra Bir Biswas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 ? for food. I just wanted to mention that early. Overall I had a fun time there. I stayed here for two days. My experience: (pros and cons) Cons: 1. Room condition was below average. 2. AC wasn't chilled and wasn't working properly 3. Bathtub was damaged and wasn't fully functional 4. Room windows weren't cleaned 5. Room service wasn't good 6. Room service phone at the room was dead 7. Need more staff. All the staffs were very helpful. But they can't keep up with the number of guests. Management needs to hire more staff Pros: 1. Food quality is very good, I mean VERY good. ?
