★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel rooms are not good as per the rate they charge. We booked the room from the Diamond glory hotel website with complementary breakfast but while checking-in the receptionist had no information regarding the inclusive breakfast package and they charge Rs 400 extra for complementary breakfast but there is no breakfast buffet, only 3-4 items are optional. Room walls have damp patches all over, few lights are not working. Swimming pool was not clean. Food was ok ok type. No proper parking area and the hotel doesn't have a sea view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't judge by google images.There are many reasons to advise not to stay here. The first reason is that the service here is not good at all compared to the price. A.C does not work, the use of staff is not good at all. The second reason is not staying here, extra food prices, from other restaurants outside. The food is not very good compared to that. The third reason, the hotel is not in front of the sea , ,about 7-8 minutes walk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location- Nice hotel to stay in Mandarmoni. 5-7 minutes walking distance from Sea beach. But you can see the sea from your balcony. This property is not too far from sea and actually it is just one property behind of sea.
Parking - Inside parking available and its safe. You will able to see the car from your room/balcony.
Room - Room size is big with Ac, Sofa, King size bed, TV, Tea table, Dressing table, Almirah, Table, Extra pillow. The bathroom is very clean with gyser and exhaust fan, bathtub. The size of the bathroom is awesome and almost a small room with big mirror. Room price average to high.
Food- Food is good to average with more than average waiting time. Stuff behavior is excellent. We deal with a Stuff named Rahul who is very good and always smilling. Variety of restaurants available nearby if you want to try your food outside. Food price is higher than average.
Swiming pool - water quality is poor and lots of bugs in pool. Seriously need to clean the pool and require proper maintenance.
Child play area available. No water filter, so need to carry/purchase bottled water. Though balcony is common, but if you take two adjacent opposite facing rooms (incase for 2 families, just an example), you will get almost a private balcony. No lift available.
Overall - Recommended, if you don't mind to stay few steps away from sea with good quality room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic conditions, overpriced,no view of sea beach. Waste of money. Even you don't get any rooms in Mandarmoni, don't stay here. Very bad maintenance, no service, high price and rude behaviour of the staff, what eles you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a fantastic experience staying at the hotel. The staff were very polite and friendly. Utpal who is one of the service representative was very hard working and courteous. We had good clean rooms, great ambiance lovely pool, overall a fantastic experience. They get my thumbs up! One tip for people visiting any hotel, be a respectful and polite customer and see the magic of being given five star treatment!
