Very poor service first thing is when we should enter, there is no one to attend and reception place ideal... Secound thing is only display board is in Kannada & English not in our's rashtriya language Hindi.. when I visit first, some labour are askeing to me help because of they don't know Kannad and english mentioned on display attender are invisible....

It's been more than 3days since I did my Covid test here and still no update about the test reports. Don't even have any contact number or person to check the status. When I put my SRF I'd on the portal it says awaiting result.

Good facility. Only suggestion is to keep some chairs for allowing the family members who have accompanied the ones identified for vaccination to also remain seated in the verandah outside the phc main door, to avoid unnecessary crowding near the door.

Good facilities. Got myself tested couple of times for covid and got results within 3 days and my mom got her covishield vaccination here. Good doctor and nurse who administered the vaccine. Keep up the good work.

Excellent Public Health Center to get vaccinated. All the Covid Warriors are doing a great Job.

Went for Vaccination , as quick and hassle free. Staff courteous too. Good job!

Timings till 4:30 pm but doctor are not available around 2pm and informed to come on Monday for dog bite and skipped my due date for 20 to 22

All vaccinations now at Government hospital near Gottegere bus stand or and other locations but not at PHC address. Please call UHPC before you head anywhere . They will provide details Govt school Gottegere (Covishield) BBMP Office Royal county ( covaxin) from 9:30am —— Private paid Rs 780 age group 18+ Vijayshree hospital,Gottegere 9 to 4 pm —— Excellent PHC from issuing tokens to administering Vaccine Staff , nurses and Dr Lakshmipathy. R.N are very patient and doing admirable service to people. Now based on suggestion ( PHC positive to suggestions) additional person has been added for data entry . Every person is verified for age based on Aadhar card and data entry is done on app. Picture of aadhar and person to be vaccinated is taken and person is sent for vaccination ( nurse is efficient ) after vaccination there is mandatory 30 minutes wait in waiting room . Entire process is handled well and crowding is reduced . Of course it’s everyone’s responsibility to wear mask and follow discipline to avoid crowding . No forms to fill , only aadhar needed and everything is free . This is perfect example of government delivered service to people on par or better than private hospitals. People have to cooperate by maintaining social distance , wearing masks not build pressure on PHC so that they continue to do a great job Update :27/4/21 Crowds are increasing at PHC and everywhere . Take utmost precaution, wear mask. Please cooperate and help PHC by not building pressure on them so that they continue to do a great service. Update : 12/5/21. ( second shot ) revised 14/5/21 PHC is getting stock of 150-200 vaccines per day. Based on stock availability they are issuing tokens. The line for getting token is long , reached at 7:45 am thinking I am early but I was close to transformer / heart hospital about 150 steps from PHC on the footpath . Eligibility : PHC not giving first dose for 45+ . It’s not open now . Only 2nd dose given now . - above 45 years and first dose taken ( this will change in future ) - minimum 12 weeks ( 84 days) to 16 weeks after 1st dose updated on 14/5 based on revised guidelines. Not negotiable - Valid aadhar card - Vaccination certificate on phone or paper copy Given all things equal PHC rightly gives priority to people above 60 + years of age for issuing token. No walk in allowed .all entry to PHC main building is controlled by police and volunteers . Only person to be vaccinated is allowed no exceptions Token issued between 8-9 am. vaccination starts @ 10 am. Even if you booked online you need to get token for the injection. Police and volunteers are controlling the crowd. very well organized. You will spend approx 4.5 hours in total ( waiting in line for tokens + wait time + vaccination) Please wait for your turn patiently , if you go home and come back at leisure , you may not get vaccine as they call out token numbers ( 5 at a time ) so issuing tokens does not gurantee vaccination . You’re made to wait inside compound ( chairs provided ) and people are let in one by one to avoid overcrowding. After Registration. Vaccination takes just 5 minutes and thereafter you wait inside the waiting room for 30 minutes. Please cooperate ,respect PHC staff , super lady police women ( Ms Anusya )special thanks to her , she is doing excellent job of controlling crowds ,managing expectations, she will not allow you to go before 30 minutes wait , helps super seniors / people with needs , promotes social distancing ) and their time , do not fight / argue/ irritate and be thankful that they’re doing admirable job under stressful conditions as crowds are increasing. My token no was 54 and it took end to end 5 hrs to come out at 12:45 pm . Roughly 2 hours after opening time . Best part , PHC gives chairs to all with tokens and this is a great help for super seniors and people with needs and have provided shamina . Please have breakfast as it takes time .Please mask up ( if needed double mask ) and carry sanitizer without fail. Given crowds maintaining 6 feet social distance is difficult.
