★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for vaccination on 13/03/2021. I found staff very courteous ,friendly and helpful. They facilitated vaccination process quite efficiently. They are well orgasnised ,better than some private sector hospitals. Thanks to all staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are good. Although they are frustrated, patiently telling to maintain social distance and wear mask. People don't care any COVID rules. Still People are ignorant and careless. BBMP staff and hospital staff told to maintain distance like 100 times, People behave like deaf

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Healthcare workers are doing excellent job here. Well organised to handle senior citizens. I had been there to get vaccination done with My wife. Though it was crowded the receptionist staff managed to assist each and everyone.
The staff at inoculation area did a good job. Thanks to Anita and Bhagya for their smooth work. ???
I understand that they work on MONDAY/ WEDNESDAY / FRIDAY FOR Vaccination purpose.
10am to 4pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The health centre officials were extremely helpful. The receptionist was attentive and nurses were also kind. RTPCR staff were arrogant - may be they are third party service people.
The doctor in vaccination centre Subrat helped me with my vaccination issue. He seemed knowledgeable in terms of using the CoWin app, common issues and resolutions. Thank you, for this great experience - one that is rare in a govt hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to make enquiries regarding covid vaccination. They gave all necessary information. Both covishield and covaxin are available as on 06 Apr 2022. No prior appointment necessary. Vaccination time is between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.

Though it is a government hospital, the service is on par with private hospitals and medicines are provided free ...they also have an in-house generic medicines stores for all the discounted medicines...Overall, a very good hospital with courteous doctor and pharmacist...
