★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smiling constable received us, offered tea and went inside to see whether the station head was free to talk to us. The Station Head spoke to us courteously, received our appeal for some traffic problem and gave acknowledgement for the appeal without need for any asking for it.
A great change from the normal perception of police a blunt and curt people.
The station was also clean and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senior police staff in this station don't understand English language and whatever people explain they don't listen at all. There is no use of explaining the same to junior staff. I don't know how these people are handling this metro police station.

still I have huge respect for police nd i know how hard they work I always tanking for that but some officers still they have to know how to give respect to public, also they have to know how to deal with good nd bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each one of them is mentally sick and unfit for duty; their school records clearly says they had no teachers for 2 or more subjects and they were absent in those subjects in 5th,6th & 7th standard examination too; i feel ashamed ? to see those men in uniform; what happens to our country, if the international community came to know about all this?.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't even care about taking your complaints and all are irresponsible people there. I went to give complaint on lost phone, I knew they will not find my phone but atleast they should give complaint copy, but they didn't give.

They don't know how to interact with public behaving like uneducated (constable) and using abuse words.
They're actually public servants but they haven't come to know that. i don't know when our society get change.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn't matter what the old reviews here are. But, I've personally experienced their true policing.
I've registered a complaint at night, they started their investigation right away and got final justice by the next afternoon itself. Every single person from constable, ASI, SI. They proved me that police are heros once again, the first time was during covid pandemic.
A big salute to each and every police working here.
I strongly believe they're heros forever and keep up their true and friendly policing and punishing the wrong.
