They have combined showroom and service station for Bajaj and KTM.
They have pretty good customer support and they often call their customers for insurance renewal and service due dates.
They have got sufficient stock of bikes and also have pretty active service station.
The mechanics are well trained and are pretty well at handling bike issues(almost all of the issues).

They don’t provide test ride, how can you expect your customer to pay 2.50 lakhs for a bike without giving test ride
No premium experience like competitor brands provide
Immediately rejected Dominar 400 due to bad experience from showroom
Went for Japanese Brand and now I am fully satisfied with the Japanese Product
