★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my 2017 KTM Duke 390. Had to fix headlight vibrations, adjust the chain tension and get the chain cleaned and lubed.
PATHETIC service. They service guy simply doused lube on the chain without even cleaning it. Had to tell him to clean the chain first. Then he just sprayed the chain cleaner, dried the chain, and put the chain lube on. No brush/cloth used to remove the grime. Chain adjustment is so improper, that my chain is spluttering around now.
And they had no solution to the headlight problem.
I reckon you should take your bike for a ride to chandigarh and hopefully get a better service.

I don’t know she’s very very rude , when i asked y you so rude ,, whts your name and she’s in very bossy mood like “ come to the showroom u gonna see me in front “ what it even means !!!
One more thing u r not only the one who sell kTMs I don’t care b****

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to replace my KTM's chain set and for servicing too. Amarjeet (head technician) is very polite and hard working. He did the job very well. I am fully satisfied with the job. Biling department workers are also nice. They gave me 10% off on labour charges, on lieu of my first arrival there.
I recommend the service center.
