Your vehicle is not just a thing made up of iron and plastic ! it's your hard earned money. please do not take it to lyallpur honda. a place of unprofessonal and low skilled workers . they will ruin you vehicle which can lead to accident. i have personally experienced it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is nice untill you purchase Vehicle. After purchasing Vehicle , they became careless. They took 1 months for installation of number plate and it has been more than 4 months , i didn't get my RC which they promised to issue me within a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given -5 if google had given option. Most pathetic experience ever. They don't know how to treat customers, owner is rude and treat customers like he is not interested. I was not interested in buying vehicle from them but it was time of covid so i avoided going to other place. They charged extra amount then specified for Rc and take 3.5 months to give me RC and that to after 5 calls and 2 times complaint in honda two-wheeler even honda officials are least cared bcz they know people are mad about honda activa they don't need to provide any service. Poor pathetic sevice ever experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a lesser rating I would. the staff is not motivated to work. Everyone is just hanging around. Poor customer service. The gentleman in the cabin is a rude person no etiquettes or manner of talking. Bought the vehicle but had a very bad overall experience at the dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just visited Lyallpur Honda Patiala for enquiry. Insulted by staff by not even offering a seat.They remain seated during the whole conversation. All three male staff talk rudely and refused to tell the price. How can a person buy a thing without knowing it's price?

above comment is two years old.
but now in march 2022 my experience was not good. there is good sitting arrangement for customers.Even clean water is provided to customers, that is good, but i strongly feel that mechnics" who do service "are not proper trained. They are not coprative. Even they not give proper information to Customer while changing parts.
last time it was not so. mechanics were good.
i think most important is mechanic's behave to satiafy customer by his behave and work.
After doing service if there is any problem, they say "aap ko veham hai"
