The gate is closed very early and the building management won't give an extra key. It's almost like a hostel. The terrace is closed too at around 10:30 in the night.
They are not that welcoming. They frown upon visitors.
The rent is outrageous for an apartment with no amenities other than power backup.
Rude security staff and rude management.
My friends were mistreated several times during their visits and most of them didn't come back knowing how rude this apartment would treat them.
Not much sunlight and hence bed bugs are a big issue. Cockroaches too roam around despite efforts to get rid of them.
If you are someone who just goes to the office and comes home to your family, you may find this apartment tolerable. If you would like to have company over or have fun in the night outside, this is definitely not for you.
