Authority should set up a Reception and / or Helpdesk - with helpful staff - to direct incoming visitors and answer common queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great office. Walking distance from GNOIDA office metro station which should open soon. Awful sarkari experience. Good building design. Lifts. Toilets. No eatery except for a solitary dhaba around. Dec 2018 dated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had raised complaint to GNIDA regarding drainage system before 6-7 months but i am surprised to seeing GNIDA service. they don't care that what problems we are facing and when we call them or try to contact them , they show that they are doing favor on us and talk rudely which is very ridiculous. MR amit and mr syodan who had given my case but both never come to my place and when i called them then they talked rudely with me..i appreciate to GNIDA to appoint such hardworking guys who wash thier hand from thier job and taking salary without doing work.so i requesting to all people dont go to GNIDA as they will never listen you.

I have visited (9-Oct-2020) to get mortgage letter from authority but no one is interested to provide the detail and maximum staff is just passing time ,Helpdesk team lady staff was busy in internal gossip and Online support desk person is suggest us to go Old Office for quick solution.
I would like to share the internal pictures of office also where you will find the actual view.
Building look nice from Road side but must see inside view as well.
Customer (Aam Janta) need to wait in Sun light(see the actual picture) to submit the documents.
That's the reason customers (aam Janta) is under pressure to pay 5000 to 6000 to broker to get just Mortgage letter from authority.

This place surprised me in 1st look such a great building I was confused I am on right place or not but I was on right place. This authority really looks good and wall constructed in a very huge area with all modren facilities centralized Ac and all kind of basic facilities with green area. Located in very good place near metro Station one thing is very slow that is working speed otherwise all is well and good in this authority.... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went around the area and saw the office . Infrastructure is very good. Heard that complain resolution is not fast and take months. GNIDA should coordinate and speed up their workload of complaints .One of the best office environment similar like corporates. A very planned city in DELHI NCR. 30 KM from New Delhi. Investors should not miss the golden opportunity.
