★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New office of RERA in greater noida. This was old Greater Noida Authority. Neat and clean, ample parking space outside the office. One court with two judges. Toilets are not clean and no seating available outside the court, limited seating inside the court. Very polite staff eager to help unlike the others govt offices. It is relief to buyers who have to visit far cities for RERA hearings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Slow process UP RERA takes 2 month just to Transfer File for Coasting of Amount from CA. Very Slow Process as their is no any Time bound and delayed process. Total waste of Time for filling case because UP RERA unable to recover the Interest of Delayed time span and the builder is moving fearlessly by Betray to Customer/Complainent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pl bad behaviour as RERA is supporting builder only. I have filed case against builder for correct demand to be finalized by RERA and possession in Nov 2020. After 17 months passed away nothing is happening as RERA is supporting to builder only and exploiting home buyer.
