★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time, they take more charge than actual, for eg they take 25/- charge instead of 20/- for caste certificate or domicile certificate.
If they do so ask them immediately and warned them for complained.

Totally non-competent and simian personnel employed. Lack basic manners and etiquette of talking.
Will start fighting, if asked the reason for delay.
Most of the time they overcharge atleast 20 rs
It's shocking that all of this is happening in the DM's office !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No point taking appointment, all sarkari culture. They are taking appointments for people of influence and ignoring others waiting for hours. No sense talking, no customer care. Plz don't do there at all, rather go to some Pvt bank site.

10 days for resolving server issue.
Staff present there said it is just a building work still not started yet .
