★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had only one experience with Grizzly motors . They seemed like professional guys from facebook enquiries , but were not so much interested in the small works i had in mind for my Isuzu Vcross.
It seemwd as if they were interested only in big scale jobs . Since i felt the rsponse a lil bit cold , i never went back to them.
Also the prices quoted were far more than what was then existing in market in other metros.
I fould it better to drive to Mumbai and get my work done . The cost worked out overall better in case of Mumbai.

Do they avoid small talk? Yes.
Can they spend hours with you discussing some work you may or may not get done on the vehicle? No.
Would they keep entertaining your calls and discuss your ideas? No. Go to their office, experience professionalism.
However:
Are they worth your money? Yes.
Are they really expensive? No. Not for the work they do - Quality work! Get it done & forget about it - it's their responsibility & they take it very well!
Are they responsive? Yes, they are to their clients. They will do a good job - Agree to tweak the mods per your liking (Remember same mods may suit your vehicle & your idea of mods - differently. They understand it)!
Professionals? Absolutely!
Trust worthy? Yes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my hard top back door fixed, central locking installed and front bumper fixed and some other repairs. What a difference to other Thar services I was before. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner, great customer service. Repairs were done in time and good quality and communication between workshop and customer while the repair was great. I can recommend Grizzly Motor and will be coming back for sure.

Before purchasing my Thar they also did superb modification work of my Ford Endeavor so we had discussed everything in detail regarding the work to be done. I must say everything was done in a very fantastic way.
