★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Grooming Tales for the grooming of my 8 months old Golden Retriever Bella. This was the second time I got her grooming done. The first time I got her grooming done at home from wiggles.in, I was not at all satisfied. So I wanted a more reliable place and Bella’s trainer had suggested Grooming tales earlier so I decided to visit the place. To be honest, the service was a total bang for buck. The service professional Shreya handled it well and she explained what to expect very well prior to the service. She was very polite and treated Bella very nicely. It’s took about 2hrs for the job to complete and it was to my complete satisfaction.

Shreya was very friendly and knowledgeable.The grooming of my dog was exactly what I had in mind and considering Snowy has ear sensitivity, she treated her very gently. Clean and hygienic salon, I would definitely recommend this salon to all pet parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first time I got my pet (Mojo) groomed and I couldn't have asked for better service. Mojo got really comfortable as soon as he arrived there and I didn't have a pinch of discomfort leaving him alone with them as they are not allowing pet parents in the premises due to Covid-19.
They took really good care of him and i can tell he was very happy after the grooming session.
I firmly recommend Grooming tales to every pet parent as it is in my opinion the best grooming center in pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shreya is the best and very professional. She is the only one whom i can trust for grooming of my pet Simba. She make sures that your pet is first desensitised and is comfortable with the grooming steps. My pet has second grade HD so, she makes sure that he is handled properly.
Highly recommended ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found Grooming Tales via G search. Spoke to Shreya and I was convinced to take my pet dog, Shiro, a Shih Tzu pup, for his first grooming session. I was around while Shreya went about her task at hand. Must say, I am pretty satisfied with the whole experience Shiro had. He is quite handful and managing him is challenging. But Shreya, with the right balance of discipline and affection, made it look easy and we are quite happy with the results. Would recommend Shreya if you want a professional groomer for your fur babies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my 8 months old Golden retriever to Groomingtales today after a lot of research! I must say Shreya is the best at what she does. Happy instantly bonded with her and he was so comfortable around her! He looks squeaky clean after the grooming.
Also she’s very polite and loves our fur babies as much as us pet parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am glad I chose to go to Grooming Tales. Shreya is so patient and extremely professional. Rosie was comfortable and Shreya kept updating me about her grooming Progress with videos and pictures. Rosie was back to looking her best after the grooming session at Grooming Tales!
