★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prathamesh and Tushar both are very gentle and genuine with the pets. They are always stocked up with the products too. I definitely recommend their grooming services. Haven't tried their boarding and training facility so can't comment on that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Paw Factor is the go to place for anything and everything for pet parents in Pune. They are extremely informative, ethical and believe in service first. There is a vast range of pet products and are very responsibly priced. Importantly they don’t try to add products to your cart, on the contrary Prathamesh will remove products that he thinks wont be useful. Sanika is the most amazing person and will make sure you get what you need, and a quick chat with Tushar will always help you learn something new about your pet. Overall I am extremely happy with the store and its wonderful staff.
