This locality is really good and close to most of the IT companies in ITPL

Under CC TV monitoring has power backup and lifts.
Placed on the main road , accessible to all the facilities and shops easily.
Close to ITPL / WHITELFIELD so all offices are close.
Cons : Walls are noise permeable , which makes privacy a concern. Neighbours flushing thier toilets can be heard from the drawing room .
No alternate exit , apart from basement , which makes Old folks exiting out of the builing a risky and difficult task.
Being in the main road all traffic noises can be heard inside the rooms.
