They both are very genuine and give all sort of information to you with patience just to give you over comfort while investing in the project. With the given confidence n comfort, infact I have shared the project details with my cousin n now he has also invested it with the same kinda comfort.
It really gives you comfort that you are investing in a project which will definitely gives you good returns etc.
Apart from the sales team, Gundecha itself is good brand to invest in properties. They are very very professional and about the project, as this comes under Thakur Village vicinity so its a very well developed area which has grounds, schools, colleges nearby.
Especially, this project gives you the peace of staying nearby nature and also its close to busy market area so you get the glimpse of both.
I'm expecting further fruitful experience in Gundecha Greens.. Just waiting to get this project fully completed [Including A Wing, podium etc] so it can shine more and more..
