The proximity to the National Park makes for awesome view, but the insects and the dampness too tag along with this bargain.

Though slightly located towards the end of lokhandwala a little aloof from the main centre of the township, they are self sufficient with CCTV surveillance and good security systems with attentive and vigilant security personnel. Every block provided with automated dispensers for last minute needs to ensure no running around to the center stores.

About: The Building is over 8 years old, it includes a Care Taking Committee [CTC] which has been formed to look after the Affairs & Welfare of the residents. The building has 3 Towers, each of them consists of 26 floors with 6 flats on every floor. The Flats are 2.5 BHK with 2 Bathrooms (1 in the Master bedroom and 1 common bathroom attached to the living room) Also, it has 3 lifts for every tower, of which 2 of them are for residents and the third one is for the outsiders/visitors. Electricity and Water supply of the building is 24/7. There are 3 gates into the building, In-Gate, Out-Gate and the Mid-Gate, the cars are allowed in the building only through In-Gate and can only exit via the Out-Gate, the residents are allowed walk-in through the Mid-Gate and any of the other two gates. Intercom facilities is provided in each of the Flats. All of the Festivals are celebrated inside the building in-fact, there’s also a yearly cricket league hosted for the residents to be a part of. The Gym and the Swimming Pools are to be shut on Monday’s for maintenance and are accessible to the residents from Tuesday-Sunday.
Price Range: 1.60cr - 1.80cr
Review: In a Nutshell, the building is well-maintained and I for one have had barely any problems living in the society in my 5 year long stay, the CTC is doing a stunning work in the upkeep of the place. I’d totally recommend this place for a family if it suits your budget.
