★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an open plane with a nice lake, where birds and animals used to come for water. Slums came afterwards. The land is supposed to be a buffer between the jungle and the city.

Its is a beautiful society with many gardens and a swimming pool. It is a beautiful place to live.

No commercial setups allowed which makes it a closed society which is ultimately very good for residents who are highly concerned about the safety. Visitors cars r not allowed. Very strict in terms of non veg residents. Only vegetarians are allowed. Surrounded by three best schools in vicinity. Society has parks. N there is a big park on the east n south oc the society. A lot if greenery is there. Clean society.

Clean. Green. Well Maintained. Spacious.
Visited this residential township last week and found it to be well maintained, especially considering the age of the complex, which is currently 15 yrs plus!
The security arrangements were decent and the staff was courteous enough. The building/ township is surrounded by lush greenery of their own as well of the Federation and the Municipal Council.
Every required amenity - school/ chemist/ groceries/ restaurants/ departmental stores etc is just a stones's throw away from this place.
There is Gundecha Foundation School also adjoining to this premises.
Parking for outsiders is not allowed, so, you need to hunt for your slot along the periphery of Evershine Garden, which is opposite to this building.
